   To make informed choices, customers want to see the latest products. They want to know what their current options are.
   
   We connect with the leading home-related product manufacturers to see what's new in the marketplace. We then display the products in the "See the Latest" sections in the various product categories.

   No. We do not try to sell you anything.
   
   The purpose of HomeShowroom.com is to inform, not to sell. We feature the latest home-related products in order to assist viewers in their product selection process.
   
   Since most customers want to "see, feel and touch" products before they buy, we partner with select dealer showroom locations where you can see the latest products on display and talk with a specialist so you can make an informed buying decision.

   We are currently in the process of listing remodeling contractors. Our goal is to list a quality source for remodeling needs in each of the major metropolitan areas nationwide.

   Yes. The Home Search section features a variety of search options for home sales. You can search by city and/or state for new builds, existing homes, condos, apartments & rentals and more. For your convenience the advanced search allows you to enter the number of bedrooms, baths, price range, etc. There is also a mortgage calculator in the Home Search section to calculate your monthly payment based on loan amount, interest rate and term of the loan.
   
   Just click on the Home Search link in the top bar-line to begin your search.
    
9. I'm a realtor and have several listings. Can I feature my listings on HomeShowroom? [top]
   Yes. The Home Search section on HomeShowroom.com is an excellent way to reach additional prospective buyers. For information on how to feature your listings on HomeShowroom.com go to the Home page and click on the Realtors link in the lower left hand corner.

    Yes. Homeowners can feature their homes for sale in the Home Search section of HomeShowroom.com. You can list your home in the Home Search section with photos and property description. For more information on featuring your home go to the Home page and click on the For Sale by Owner link in the lower left hand corner.
     
11. We are looking for a newly built home. Is there a section for new builds in the Home Search section? [top]
    Yes. Home builders can feature their model homes or new builds in the New Homes category of the Home Search section.
     
12. We are currently looking for retirement communities with amenities and activities that match our lifestyle. Does HomeShowroom feature retirement communities in the Home Search section? [top]
    Yes. There is a category for Retirement Communities in the Home Search section.
     
13. I'm a property manager. Can I feature my apartments and rentals on HomeShowroom? [top]
    Yes. The Home Search section on HomeShowroom has a category for apartments and rentals where you can feature your rental properties. Once you are registered, you will be able to enter and maintain the information on your rental properties with your username and password. For more information go to the Home page and click on the Property Managers link located in the lower left hand corner.
